Group Helper (Driffield Cafe)
People tell us that meeting others living with Parkinson's is the most important support they want locally. With your help, we can provide this in a relaxed, informal way at Driffield Parkinson's Café.
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 10.30pm to 12 noon at Driffield Town Cricket & Recreation Club, King's Mill Road, Driffield, YO25 6TT.
You'll meet with people affected by Parkinson's, bringing them together to share experiences and support one another. You'll be supported by Parkinson's UK staff to signpost people to Parkinson's UK support services whilst making a real difference to your local Parkinson's community.
This is a lovely sociable role approx 2 hours a month attending the cafe and welcoming people to the group.
