The purpose of this Theme Team is to develop how we work effectively as an organisation, ensuring that the charity meets the needs of our community: our volunteers, staff, and people affected by Parkinson’s, now and in the future.
The Fit for the Future Theme Team makes sure we deliver on our in year, and overall Strategy Objectives and Key Results for this theme, including Our People, Culture, Technology, Data, Ways of Working and Finance. We’re looking for volunteers experienced in project delivery (eg agile ways of working, business analysis, service design), data, digital/technology, culture change, HR/people strategies, or other approaches to organisational development.
Working with others from across the charity, you’ll be invited to take part in meetings every 4-6 weeks, and also prepare and input via email or phone between meetings.
Please note that owing to the coronavirus pandemic, all meetings in 2020 are expected to be conducted via video-conferencing.
