Parkinson’s changes lives. From the day of diagnosis, people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones need to know we’re by their side. Can you help us?

Exercise is known to help people with Parkinson's manage their condition.

If you're looking to meet new people and make a real difference in your local community, this role is for you. Being the main contact for the instructor led exercise sessions you'll help people affected by Parkinson's to draw on invaluable support from their peers.

You'll have a chance to use and develop your administrative, leadership and communication skills - supported by local staff, and the committee of volunteers to develop this activity for your group.

Typically you will be one of two volunteers who meet and greet attendees at the sessions on a Friday afternoon and ensure payment of the sessions is up to date. There may be some other tasks that are needed to be done, but these can be arranged at a time that suits you.
