The Research Support Network (RSN) brings together people driven to help find a cure and better treatments for Parkinson’s. Through our Network, anyone can get connected, take part and have their say in Parkinson’s research.

Our Research Interest Groups (RIGs) support us with our key aims at a regional level. As a volunteer, you’ll work with local groups and staff to coordinate, initiate and participate in research activities.

The Parkinson's East Midlands Research Interest Group (PEMRIG) is looking to recruit new members, to support their activities to increase engagement in research locally. This could include helping to organise both online and in person events, helping keep the group's website up to date, submitting information for the group's newsletter, helping to design flyers and posters, and visiting regional researchers and local support groups to make connections and build relationships.

It is a varied and flexible role, and your contribution can be tailored to your interests and availability.

PEMRIG tends to meet every 6 - 8 weeks, for 2 hours, online via Zoom.
