Steering Group Member

In 2024, Parkinson’s UK is going to launch a new service for people with Parkinson’s. This will help them discover devices and apps that could improve their quality of life, and give them the information and tools to choose the right solutions for them.

At Parkinson’s UK, it’s important to us that the services we provide are shaped by the people who will use them. That means working with people with Parkinson’s and the people who love and care for them every step of the way.

We’re looking for 4-6 people to join our newly established core Steering Group, playing an active role in shaping how we develop and deliver Trusted Tech. We're especially keen to hear from people who aren't especially 'techy' but who want to help anyway!

We anticipate that the Steering Group will meet online once or twice each month for an hour or two each time, with a break. We may also occasionally meet in person, but virtual attendance will still be an option. There will be a small amount of preparation between meetings, mainly reading agendas, reports and minutes.
